Undead Labs were not able to divulge other information about the game as they plan to announce everything in the E3 2017. Undead Labs said they have added several new features to the upcoming "State of Decay 2" and will be announced in the next few months. The "State of Decay 2" will retain its original mechanics such as the stealth elements, camp buildings and rescue missions. Its cheap and you will get your moneys out of it many times over. If they are I need to check them out because I loved State of Decay. I havent played either of those so dont quote me that they are similar.
It has been mentioned along with DayZ and the walking dead series games. Undead Labs also released a teaser trailer of the game, featuring some of the amazing sceneries, environment and zombie hoards along with the four main characters of the game. Undead Labs claimed that the new "State of Decay 2" will feature an even larger open-world map. But not for any of the normal reasons a game is bad. But this game was the main reason to buy it. The original State of Decay may have been the best game to come out of the Xbox 360 Arcade section. Right now is like your friend is just your follower.
#State of decay 3 multiplayer rant upgrade
The game was announced to be a Massive Multiplayer Online game but was changed to a 4-man co-op game via online as per the Game Rant confirmed. What I mean is, for this game, State of Decay 2, co-op would be better if host can give you permissons to upgrade or use his base, controls community members etc. The upcoming "State of Decay 2" was presented last year at the recent E3 2016.
